Caramel Apple Spice

I love to get these from Starbucks, and quickly realized I would go bankrupt if I kept it up! So I found the recipe! Here Goes: Heat 8-10 ounces of premium apple juice on stove top. Add a couple squirts/teaspoons of Cinnamon Dolce syrup. (from Starbucks- only $6-$7 for a huge bottle) Top with rhedi whip and drizzle caramel sauce over top! Waaalaa! Taste exactly the same! I'm thinking it might even be better with cider! :-) Happy Fall everyone!

Little Pumpkin Box

I bought a lil scrapbook kit back in the summer time.  It had a lil plastic box inside full of flowers.  I took it apart and made a pattern for these cute boxes!  I made this one b/c I was looking forward to Fall. (already)  So now I am off to make some Christmas ones for Christmas candy!!!  I love October - December!  YAY!

Labor Day Camping at Balsam Mountain North Carolina!

We love this place & have been coming here for years since we found it! It's always so hot at home on Labor Day so we go to the Mtns! It was in the 60's the entire time! (40's and 50's at night!) I love that weather! It did rain a little, but of all the years and MANY camping trips we taken - this may only be the 2nd or 3rd time to get rained on!  So I cant complain! This picture is of the first pot of Chili for the season.  We had lots of fun, but now I have a pile of laundry to get too!  Hope you all had a GREAT long weekend!
