Magic Pretzels
Or the book called them "mother load pretzels.' I thought that was funny. I call them 'magic pretzels' b/c they have a lot of the same ingredients as magic bars. Either way they are YUMMY! You need Pretzel rods (I bought the smallest bite size ones I could find), kraft caramels, tblspoons heavy whipping cream (or evaporated milk), white chocolate chips, and whatever else you want to roll them around in.. I used pecans and toasted oatmeal mixture (from my caramel apple recipe) for my white chocolate, and for the caramel pretzels I rolled them in a mixture of coconut, butterscotch chips, chocolate chips, and chopped walnuts! WOW! Melt your white chocolate in a saucepan. Melt your caramel in a separate saucepan. I added the milk as need to mix. Use a whisk for the caramel after it starts to melt so you don't have to add so much milk or cream. :-)
