Chocolate cherry cups! YUMMY! FIRST- My pictures are out of order, but its so easy! Brownie mix, maraschino cherries, and 6 oz melting chocolate. Brownie mix... mix according to directions EXCEPT- whatever liquid is used - use 1/4 cup of juice from cherries plus whatever brownie mix calls for to make up whatever liquid is needed. Next - fill mini muffin pan cups 1/2 full.. put a cherry in the middle and press. (kids love to help here!) Bake 10-15 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. In the meantime melt chocolate on stove top... Dip cooled brownie bites in chocolate and let set on wax paper! :-)
