Cocoa Packets

I posted this last year as well... So easy and fun for those 'extra' lil gifts! Cellophane bags, plastic spoons, mini marshmallows, and cocoa packets!
Stamp up a cute tag and tie it up with some ribbon!
Optional with the spoons- Dip in white chocolate or milk chocolate and tie with sandwich bags and bread ties. (Cut away excess plastic) and stick down in bag for a stirrer!
